Delivery Times: Titan Support Systems, Inc. is a manufacture and does not carry items in stock. All of our wraps, suits and shirts are made to order to match your exact specifications. Please understand that our turnaround time of 1-2 weeks for wraps, and 8-10 weeks for gear reflects our commitment to creating a product that is uniquely your own. Other customized products like TEXAS belts and shoes will also experience a 12+ week turn around. Changing orders during the production cycle will add to the estimated production time frame. You may also refer to our dealer page for Authorized Titan dealers who carry inventory and are ready to ship. *See individual items for delivery times. If you need a product by a specific date please call us at 800-627-3145.

Duties and VAT taxes for International orders: Titan ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer) to pay for all duties and taxes at the time of delivery. USPS’s local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges, and takes possession of merchandise and Titan is charged for these additional fees, Titan will be authorized to charge the customer’s credit card on file for reimbursement of these charges.

Return & Exchanges Policy: Purchases made through Titan, excluding TITEX and ER RACKS*, may be returned within 30 days of the ship date. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase call 800-627-3145 or email us at returns@titansupport.com to obtain a RMA number. All gear must be have an RMA number and must be returned clean, and in resalable condition, otherwise customers will be charged a $10.00 laundry fee. *TITEX and ER RACKS are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped. Merchandise returned will be eligible for refund, exchange or credit towards your next purchase. See Return Policy Exception for items not covered under our return & exchange policy. Return Policy Exception: Return policy does NOT apply to wholesale accounts and special custom orders designed by customer. A custom item is one that goes beyond the required prompts during product ordering (color, weight, height, chest, and embroidered items etc.). Return policy does NOT apply to TITEX and ER RACK products, as all sales are final. Gift certificates may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.

Refunds: Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for preference returns. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or the wrong item was shipped.  Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
