NATHAN LITOWSKY Age: 11 years old Weight: 90lbs Home: Freehold, New Jersey At just 11 years of age Nathan Litowsky has been competing for almost two years. On 28 January 2006 he won both the 97lb youth, and the 114lb open divisions at the AAU World Powerlifting Championships in Richmond, VA. He also won the 114lb open division at the international bench press championships, setting 7 (seven) new world records in the process. Nathan only wears Titan equipment. His mission is to someday be a "Team Titan" member. March 2007 Update: Nathan competed on October 21, 2006 in Richmond, VA winning the AAU world championships and the international benchpress championships. He set world and American records with the win. At 12 years old he took the teen 105lb division and the open 114lb division weighing in at 102.5lbs. The following weekend Nathan traveled to Atlantic City, NJ for the WNPF world championships. Nate won the youth 114lb class setting four world records. He also won the Iron Man 114lb class.
