Born on February 18, 1970 in Darlington, WI. Went to state in 3 sports in high school: football, wrestling and track and was a captain on all teams. I received a full scholarship to play football at the University of Wisconsin.

My first powerlifting meet was in Macomb, IL and was the 1996 Great Plains Open. I have competed in the 319 and 275 lb. Weight classes. I thoroughly enjoy competing in powerlifting and cherish the friendships I have made. I look forward to many more years of competing.

Outside of Powerlifting I have been married for five years to my wife Julie and I spend a lot of time with our dog Zach, a 125 lb. Great Pyrenees.
