I hold the WABDL California state, national, and world records in both the junior and open women 97 lb. and 105 lb. weight classes.

I am the WABDL California state bench press champion and the 2003 world champion for the open women 97 lb. class.

My husband, Dayan Neely, got me into powerlifting about 3½ years ago, saw potential, and has been training me and designing my programs since. I’ve also had help along the way from some really good people, such as Rob Carbo and Steve Wong.

Although I have only been using Titan bench shirts since June, 2004, I've already gotten amazing results. I got 70 lb. out of the Titan Fury the first time I used it. My last two records (220.2 @ 100 lbs. and 214.7 @ 96.4 lbs.) have been in the Titan Fury. I’ve recently switched to the F6 and expect excellent results from it as well.
